Instructions for Authors
The following instructions are adapted from ACL HLT 2011.

Formatting Guidelines

All submissions must be electronic in PDF and must follow the two-column format of ACL proceedings. Authors are strongly recommended to use the style files provided here, using the A4 format. All camera-ready manuscripts should look like the sample PDF file below, which also contains detailed formatting requirements. Please note that LBM 2011 has made the following changes to the ACL formatting requirements:

  • The maximum length of a manuscript is eight (8) pages for long papers, four (4) pages for short papers, and one (1) page for posters, including references. The page limits have to be strictly observed.
  • Submissions do not have to be blind (i.e. names and affiliation of authors can be included).
You should of course contact us, either Goran Nenadic (g.nenadic@manchester.ac.uk) or Jung-jae Kim (jungjae.kim@ntu.edu.sg), if you have any questions regarding the formatting issues, and not the persons mentioned in the files below.
